Hotel Morales has a standard check-out time, at 12:00 pm.
+ If I arrive earlier, can you take care of my luggage?
Of course! We know sometimes you arrive earlier than the check-in time of the hotel. If that is your case, you can leave your luggage with us, free of charge. That way, you can start your tour around Guadalajara.

+ How far is the airport and how can I get to the hotel?
Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla Guadalajara International Airport is 12.5 miles away from Hotel Morales (30 to 40 minutes). You can take an official taxi from the Airport, or we can schedule your ride. If you want this service, write to reservaciones@hotelmorales.com.mx
+ Can I rent a car at Hotel Morales or nearby Downtown Guadalajara?
Yes, we have car-rental services, or we can help you contact a car-rental company. We also sell bus tickets at the Hotel, from one of the best Bus Lines in Mexico, in case you want to travel to towns outside of Guadalajara.
+ How far is the hotel from town?
We are walking distance from many of the most important points of interest in the downtown area and close to the main avenues and public transportation routes.
+ Is breakfast included in the price of the rooms?
Breakfast is not included in the price of the rooms. However, we have a restaurant or we can recommend you some other nice places to eat breakfast Downtown Guadalajara or nearby.
+ What is offered for breakfast at Hotel Morales?
We offer a very complete and delicious breakfast buffet, or if you prefer, we also have à la carte service.

We serve breakfast from 7:00 am to 12:00 pm, every day.

Yes, even though you are Downtown Guadalajara, where parking spaces can be hard to find, Hotel Morales has private car parking, completely free for our guests.
